COOKONG METHOD: C
1)1 whole chicken kampung/chicken pieces (1-1.5kg),1 sachet salted chicken spices special and aluminium foil (provided).
2)Clean chicken and remove head & feet.Rub inside and outside of the chicken/chicken piece with salted chicken speces special.Marinate at least 3 hours.Leave it overnight for better result.Wrap Chicken/chicken pieces in aluminiun foll.
3)Roast to oven (350.f/180.c)for approximately 40-45 minutes or steam until cooked.Ready to serve.
Suggestions:Suitable for marinate all types of meat(steamed or oven roasted).
Ingredients:Angelica Sinensis,Rhizoma Polygonati Ocorati,Codonopsis pilosula,Radix Astragali Seu Hedysari,Spice,Modified Corn Starch and Fine Salt.
